How should I store my honey?

To maintain the quality of your honey:

  • Store at room temperature (between 18-24°C) in a cool, dark place
  • Keep the container tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption
  • Avoid refrigeration as it can accelerate crystallization
  • Use clean, dry utensils when handling to prevent contamination

Properly stored honey can last indefinitely, though we recommend consuming within 2 years for best quality.

Why does my honey look different from what I bought before?

Honey is a natural product and variations in color, texture, and consistency are completely normal and indicate authenticity:

  • Color: Ranges from light golden to dark amber depending on floral source
  • Texture: May be liquid, creamy, or crystallized - all are natural states
  • Seasonal Variations: Honey from the same floral source can vary between seasons

These variations don't affect the quality or nutritional value of the honey.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from MilkaHoney is simple:

  4. Enter your shipping details
  5. Complete your order via WhatsApp

You'll receive an order confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹70 for orders below 10 KG (3-5 business days)
  • Shipping Charge Discount: On all orders of 10 KG or more shipping Charge May add Half cost original Shipping Charge

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery partner. We ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the near future.

What is your return policy?
