Our Return Policy

At MilkaHoney, we take pride in offering premium quality honey products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at varghesemc8@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Products

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at varghesemc8@gmail.com with the following information:

We will review your claim and typically respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you or provide a full refund.

Note: Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
  4. Package your return securely and include all original packaging
  5. Ship your return to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at varghesemc8@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.

For wrong items received, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost once we receive the incorrect item back.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
