We strive to deliver your pure, natural honey as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our products throughout India. Our honey is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, no matter where you're located.

Note: Due to the natural and perishable nature of our products, we currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Here's what you can expect:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (most orders arrive within 5 days)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas (check at checkout)

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Charges

We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates:

  • Orders below 10KG: Flat ₹70 shipping charge-Inside Kerala
  • Orders 10 KG and above: Half Price of standard shipping
  • Express Shipping: Additional ₹150 (regardless of order value)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

Honey-Safe Packaging

We take special care in packaging our honey to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

  • Glass jars are wrapped in protective honeycomb-patterned bubble wrap
  • Plastic jars are secured with honeycomb cardboard inserts
  • All packages include absorbent pads to prevent leaks
  • Temperature-sensitive shipments include insulation during extreme weather

Our packaging is not only protective but also eco-friendly, using recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible.

Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, sometimes circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:

  • Weather conditions: Extreme temperatures or natural disasters may delay shipments
  • Customs clearance: For international orders (when available)
  • High demand periods: During festivals or special promotions

Important: If your honey arrives crystallized, don't worry! This is a natural process for pure, raw honey. Simply place the jar in warm water to return it to liquid form.

Undeliverable Packages

In rare cases where a package cannot be delivered (incorrect address, refused, etc.), we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If a package is returned to us undeliverable and we are unable to reach you, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.
